I’m Carolina Alzate, an art director and graphic designer with several years of experience working with studios and brands. I now run Forma Studio — a space where I create visual identities, editorial design, and digital pieces with sensitivity, clarity, and coherence. I enjoy collaborating with like-minded people and projects, working with calm, attention to detail, and closeness. I see remote work as an opportunity to connect with initiatives from different places.

At the same time, I explore a more personal and artistic universe that spans materials, objects, and images, as a way to expand my creative language. From time to time, I share these pieces as part of a parallel, open, and honest path that also nourishes my approach to design.

Forma Studio is a small, flexible practice offering thoughtful design across branding, editorial, and digital communication. I collaborate closely with each client to build clear and meaningful identities — from logos and printed matter to campaigns, newsletters, and creative direction. Whether it’s a small business, an artist, or a cultural project, I approach every collaboration with care, sensitivity, and a personal touch.

Let’s talk.
